Blue - FB, CM x2, WF, ST
Red - CB, FB, CM x2, WF
Yellow - CB for blue/ST for red
Blue aim to get a player on the ball in the end zone.
Red look to win possession and score by getting a player on the ball over the end line or combining with neutral
Red look to win possession and quickly score by getting a team mate on the ball over halfway.

Start point with Blue CB in time and space on half way line
- no corners or throw ins
Blue
- score in the goal (10 points)
- start off with scoring time limit (10 seconds) to encourage turnover in play
- 10 seconds to score if you win the ball back after losing it
Red
- win possession and score by getting a player on the ball in the end zone
- within 6 seconds is 5 points, 3 points if longer than 6 seconds
Progressions:
- lower time limit for blue
- place blue on a touch limit
- start from different start points
- have red players making recovery runs
General notes:
- quick forward passing/dribbling
- quick forward movement off the ball
- support for ball carrier in front, behind, at the sides
- quickly into attacking shape
