The objective of this session, is for the GKs to improve their techniques on the basic fundamentals on foot work mobility and handling ( catching the ball ), by performing repetitions day in day out at the TC (training center) or at home , they will become more dynamically and technical around the goal area.
They should be focusing not at the speed of the session (speed will come as they become familiar with the session), they should be focusing on the technique at the movement of their feet and eyes on the ball as they catch it.
