Warm Up - 10mins
Split into three groups equally behind each station. 25 yards in length.
1. Jogging between cones then recovery
2. Knees up between cones then recovery.
3. Heels up between cones then recovery.
4. In and out cones forwards/backwards.
5. In and out cones side on.
6. In and our cones forwards/backwards then diagonal sprint.
7. Move central cone forward and then go around cones, then diagonal sprint and to the end.
8. Move central cone forward and then go around cones, then long run and back diagonal.
9. Move cones into three in a row, sideways fast feet and sprint straight.
10. Move cones into central in a row, sideways fast feet diagonal and then to end.

Possession Game
Subs now move into a 12x12 box to play keep ball.
Possession Game 4v4 with two wall players - focussing on the 10 starting players.

Fast Feet Final
Two groups, start on cones.
Sprint out and go over cones sideways, over top or back to front.
Sprint out to the last cone.
Sequence Passing (10 mins)

Goalkeepers involved.
Split squad of 16 up into four groups of four, four separate boxes.
Passing 1-2-3-4 in the air and out to one cone and back in.
Boxes are 10x10.
Ball on ground and then passing.
