Passing and Moving in Groups into space :
4 teams of 4's or 5's, each team has a ball
Large 40x40 area divided into 4 grids 20x20
Teams pass and move, trying to connect 2-3 small passes per small area and a long pass inbetween areas (combinations)
3 players must touch the ball in each area before moving ball into different area, while 3 players combine in small area the other player(s) move into next area for next pass (long)
Progressions :
1 - 4 teams, 3 balls, 1 team defending (once a team loses possession, each player must touch the big cone in the middle then team goes to win back possession)
Only 3 attackers allowed in each area, only 2 defenders allowed in each area

Small Sided Game :
2 teams playing 4v4 + Targets,
40x30 yards field with 2 large goals
3min rounds or 1st team to 3 goals
Players switch with Targets after each game

Movement Warm-Ups (15 mins)
Warm-Up Exercises / Games (Running) :
14-16 players moving around in a circle (20x20yrd area)
Players are running around at different speed and movement into space
Varied running styles
Progressions :
1..Jogging, sideways, backwards, skipping etc...
2..Turning, change of direction / speed
3..Coach shouts a number (1-5), as soon as the number is shouted, the players get into a group of that number as quickly as possible then shit down, the last one/group to do so loses and must do a small punishment ("extra work") such as 5 push-ups or sit-ups etc...
4..Players pair up, staying 2 yards apart facing each other, 1 leads the movemen, the other has to copy and stay close, rotate who leads and who follows (Copies) every 20 seconds

* Passing and Receiving (Open body position, accuracy and pace of pass)
* Movement / supporting runs
* Communication
* Combination Play :
- Wall-passes (Quality of passes, change of pace/direction with the run)
- Take-overs (Visual cues, dribbling with the outside foot from defender, selection of takeover technique)
- Overlaps/underlaps (change of speed/direction of supporting run, disquise, selection of pass/dribble)
