Instructions:
1.The activity starts with the first player dribbling out, beating the cone and passing to the player on the opposite side
2.The player who receives the ball then repeats and the activity continues

Instructions:
1.The activity starts with player 1 passing to player 2 and giving passive pressure
2.Player 2 beats player one and waits at the cone
3.Player 1 receives from player 3 and they repeat the previous pattern
4.Player 3 then receives from player 4 and then player 4 starts the round again by receiving from the now player 2

Organization:
Place 3 cones, 3 yards apart in a straight line
1 player to perform challenge
Coach in position to count
Instructions:
- Player dribbles around cones as shown
- Point is scored for passing cone without contact
- Scoring begins at middle cone
- Challenge lasts for 30 seconds

Organization:

2.12 players (2 teams of 6) set up as shown

Instructions:
1.Players are divided into 2 teams, and combine to score in any of the 6 goals from either side
2.Teams can score by passing the ball to a teammate through a goal. The goal scored in, cannot be used until a goal has been scored elsewhere.
3.Teams can also score by an individual dribbling through a goal. That player is able to turn and score 1 more goal by doubling back through the same goal
4.First team to 10 goals win
Coaching Points:
1.When your team has possession, spread out to create space to dribble into
2.Observe unopposed teammates and pass to them
3.Observe open space and dribble to score
4.If the route to goal is blocked, switch the point of attack
5.Improvisation/Creativity
Progressions:
P – Place goals at either end, and designate attacking ends to introduce transition
R – Introduce neutral players, who play with the attacking team

Instructions:
1.One player from each group starts as the attacker with the ball
2.To score a point the attacker must either nut meg defender or beat them with a push and run
3.If the defender wins the ball they become the attacker
4.Play for a set time period then rotate players

1.Observe defenders body shape
2.Dribble straight at the defender
3.Push the ball one side of the opponent with outside of the foot
4.Run round the opposite side and collect the ball
