POSSESSION PRACTICE - simple possession based practice in which coach can promote and observe various football related aspects i.e control/passing decision making etc , game rules are simply that you have a 4v4 in central area 30x30 and a player from each team at each end of area - objectives for players are to maintain possession and score a goal by a player within the area passing to a team mate on the outside and on recieving the pass the outside player enters area and the player who delivered the pass replaces him on the outside.

CONDITIONS :

1 must complete no of passes before passing to "outside" plr.

2 certain type of pass only (laces - inside of foot etc).

3 x-amount of time to go from end to end.

1 correct technical levels employed.

2 concentration.

3 high work ethic.

4 communication.
