Red, Green Yellow speeds:

Passing in trios:
1. Dribble through cones
2. One touch, run to other ball
3. Volleys, right foot one side, left foot other side
4. Put the ball to sleep
5. Receive, turn, pass, run toward ball
What to look for:
- Good first touch
- Body positioning
- Endurance
- Communication
Timing: 1 minute per exercise, switch inside player

Set up:
30 by 30 grid with 5x5 squares in each corner. min 8, up to 14. Create 2 grids depending on numbers.
Organization:
1. 3v3 with different colour pinnies in the middle. 2 outside players on opposite corners for each team
2. Teams score points by completing passes from one corner to the other, or by connecting 5 passes in a row
Team/Player Task:
Can we play and move with intention?
Can we quickly transition from offence to defense and vice versa?
Can we communicate effectively to help out team mates?
Can we have an idea what to do before we receive the ball?

1. Once play is being mastered, limit to 3-2-1 touch only.

Set up:
Half field, 4 cones to create four lines, two mini nets beside the two outside cones. min 8. Create 2 grids depending on numbers.
Organization:
1. Organize the lines with alternative colours
2. Balls in lines 1 and 2
3. Rotate lines within your colour. Switch offence/defence after set time
Team/Player Task:
1. Player 1 dribbles and takes a shot on goal
2. Player checks back to receive pass from Player 3. Plays quick 1-2 to goal for Player 3 to finish on net
3. Once Player 3 shoots, Players 2 and 4 enter on offense (2v1) vs. Player 3. Players 2 and 4 playing to large net, Player 3 playing to mini nets
