Pass & receive but play out in the direction shown (change after a set time).

Pass to the middle but move to the left or right (prescribed or free choice).
The players stay in the middle and can pass to any free player on the outside.
Rotate all players into the middle position.

For the final part of the warm up players can pass and move freely, with the condition that there must be at least one player at each station on the outside and 2 in the middle at all times. (Decision making and communication/organisation).
