  • 4 Players on the Outside of a square, 1-2 in the center of the square
  • Player(s) in the center must pivot the point of attack with two touches
  • Add 2 balls when ready
  • Add condition that center player must move out of the center after passing

  • 2 Teams of 3 or 4
  • 2 Neutrals
  • 1 Team is in Possession - 2 Players in the center, 2 wide
  • Once Team completes 6 passes, the field gets bigger (width wise)
  • When defensive team wins the ball, they must play in the small field
