Instructions:
ball starts from endline
defenders pressure as soon as ball is in play
3 defenders allowed into zone to apply pressure
attacking team attempts to play forward into 3rd team (with any number of passes)
if ball is successfully played forward, defenders continue to chase and apply pressure in other box
3rd team is required to connect three passes before attempting to play forward again any time the defending team is penetrated
force ball out or win ball and play into counter goal to switch out as the defending team (+1 pt if goal is scored)
Every ball successfully played forward is a pt for the attacking team

Play into Target and receive the ball back for a chance to score in either attacking goal
or
Penetrate into endzone without using the Target for a chance to score
Only Target can be in the endzone until the ball enters the zone
