1-4-1-4-1 vs 1-3-5-2
1-2-1-3-1 vs 3-2-2
How
The first ball will start with Reds GK, he will play into any other red player, they will then look to use our breaking lines principle to try to score in either mini-goal. Greens must try to win the ball as early as they can. if they can do so within 10 seconds and score they get 3 points, 1 for after 10 seconds.
The Red team will receive 3 points if they score from a 1st-time finish in the end zone.
If the reds score, greens start with the ball and will get 3 points for scoring within 8 passes.
Organization
Full-width x 59 and 10x44 with tapered edges
8v8
Conditions
If the green win the ball within 10 seconds of the ball going live and score, they get 3 points, 1 for after 10 seconds.
The Red team will receive 3 points if they score from a 1st-time finish in the end zone.

General practice into SSG
Breaking Lines in possession
General Practice
Organization:
7v6+1 Neutral player + 2 servers
59x44 yards
2 end zones 10 x 44
How:
Play starts at server 1 who plays into the Reds
Reds look to use the Welsh way principle of play through around or over the opposition and into Server 2
Server 2 then repeats this action.
The greens will try to apply pressure to win the ball if they do so within 6-8 seconds of the ball being live and play into a server
If the Reds score from a split pass they will be given 3 points, 1point for playing around or over and scoring.
Conditions/targets/challenges
If the Reds score from a split pass they will be given 3 points, 1point for playing around or over and scoring.
Green will be given 3 points if they can win the ball and play into a server within 6-8 seconds. 1 point after 8 seconds
Limited touches for either side dependent on situation - if the opposition have more success this impacts their time on the ball
Servers cant play to the neutral player
1 point if reds can dribble into end zone
