Warm up. (5 mins)
Stuck in the mud.
For the warm up i will start with a game of stuck in the mud, 2 blue[taggers] trying to tag 8 red [runnners]
Normal game rules apply once you have been tagged you stand with your arms out until unstuck.
Introduce a ball, the players dribbling the balls can not be tagged and can only have 5 touches of the ball before a pass must be made.
To get stuck players free with the ball in play you have to play the ball between the legs of the stuck players.
Rotate taggers so everyone is a tagger for a couple of mins.
