Set up one or two fields depending on numbers within the larger play field. Two fields allow for more repetition and no long lineups.
Set up two lines on opposite sides of each other. One team passes ball to their opponent, and the attacking player try's to run with the ball through either of the two gates using the turns and changes of direction from the previous activity. The player on the ball can run with the ball (RWB) through either gate. Player to use turning moves to change direction if needed to move away from the defender
If the defender wins the ball, they can run with the ball (RWB) through a gate
After a 2 minutes change attackers and defenders. Be sure to allow for players not to be going against the same opponent each time. If using two field switch fields so opponents are different.
