the centre movement comes from the gk, returning fast to the middle.
Sprint out to the marker, back shuffle fast into the goal, then comes out again.
The third movement coming out the GK needs to make a decision, on how far they come out, do the narrow the optins for the outfield strike, or encourage a shot to a corner.
Observe the decsions making, stress will be high after short speed bursts, look at how they appear to the striker, big or small.
With young GK, use animal descriptive words, be fast like a leopard, big liek a gorilla, these will help a very young GK, visualise what is required.
Encourage the outfield to aim for the corners

14-FUNCTIONAL PRACTICE TO DEVELOP COMPONENT OF FITNESS WITH TACTICAL OPTION.
I have chosen to work on speed around the penalty area, narrowing the angle of oncoming players, starting with a basic movement and receive a ball, after shorts sprints, then move to outfield players coming in on goal.
This session will aid speed and decision making of the keeper. It can be used for all ages, the younger ages, can work on 3 saves and decisions, whilst older keepers can work for a 2 minute to 3 minute rest ratio, in which they will receive more balls, with a session lasting 20 minutes.
