Organisation
- 30x30 area, with an approx 12 x 12 yd - 1 v 1 zone, 2 goals
- Attackers: Harvey, Hayden, Nate, Riley, Kohen, Wes
- Defenders: James, Lachy C, Finn, Julien
Rules/explanation
- Player 1 starts with ball or receives pass from Bondy, player 2 acts as the defender and can pressure when Player 1 receives pass or when he dribbles into the grid.
- The attacker must take on the defender and get outside the 1 v 1 box. If successful and he exits the box to the right of the coaching poles, he finishes to the goal on their left(Net A). If exiting to the left of the coaching poles they shoot to the right (Net B).
- The defender can't track outside the box if beaten to start
- If the defender wins the ball in the 1 v 1 box, he passes to the coach.
Progressions
- The defender is allowed to leave the 1 v 1 box if beaten but must exit through the gate
- Add additional attackers to make a 2v1
Coaching cues

Organisation
- Approx 25x30 grid, contingent on numbers
Rules/explanation
- Two teams play 4 v 4(or even numbers) + 2 neutral in the area. Attacking team (white) must make 4 passes before going to goal. To score they must dribble through one of the gates on either side of the area and finish unopposed.
- If the ball goes out of play serve to the opposing team that merits the ball.
Progressions
- One defender can track the runner through the same or opposite gate.
- Remove gates, have an attacker and a defender on the top of the box outside of the grid.. after 4 passes the attacking team can now pass into the attacker with 1 player joining to make a 2 v 1, OR if a player dribbles out of the grid he/she can combine with the other striker again for a 2 v1 .
