exersise 2.-10 pass to 9 9 back to 10 10 to 7 or 11 and 7 or 11 shoot on goal

exersise 3.- 10 passes 7 than 7 pass to 9 and 9 shoots on goal.

Coaching Points: velocity of pass

movment to prepare eithe pass or shoot on goal.

proper technique on shooting (andgles of aproching the ball, looking up before shoot on goal, proper part of feet use to taaake shot on goal.)

Coaching Points: same as the first screen. encourache teams to aply pres when loosing the ball.

Progressions / Variations:Add a neutral if nessesary to add numbers for more succes on shots on goal. or add two more targets on opposite side of the others.
