Organization:

Instructions:
- Bal is played in the passer becomes a defender
- If the defender wins the ball they can dribble across the line
- Players rotate in with the players with the most points moving up.

Organization:
- 2vs2
Balls start on attacking side
Instructions:
- The ball is played in and a 2vs1 commences.
- If the defensive player wins the ball they can score
Coaching Points:
- When to penertrate? Position of defender? Is my team mate making a run.
- How to penertrate? pass, dribble?
Progressions/Regressions:
- Can be changed to a 2vs2.

Organization:
- Same area set up as before
- Goals at each end
- Balls start at the attacking end
Instructions:
- Middle player can move into both zones but wide players cannot.
- The attacking three look to score as quickly as possible.
- If the defensive players win the ball back they can score
Coaching Points:
- What type of runs to attacking players make? Are they in behind?
- Can player with the ball look to turn the defenders with a through ball
- 3rd player supporting run? Can they stay wide?
Progressions/Regressions:
- Players are no longer restricted to their zone

Instructions:
- The aim of the scrimmage is to use decision making on when to penerrtae from earlier in the practice into a game situation.
