3 (+2) x 3 (+2) 2 keepers (12 players)
Equipment:
2 goals
cones
numerous footballs
The striker stays in the scoring half. 2 defenders stay in the defending half.
the striker has 2 supporting players that can move outside the red zone, staying in their attacking half.(inside the yellow cones)
The ball is fed in to one of the red attacking halves and the striker can only score with a 1 touch finish. If the opportunity to score isn't there the striker can use the supporting players before trying to lose the defender to create a shooting opportunity.
If the defender wins the ball they then try to get the ball to the striker on their team on the opposite side of the pitch for a one touch finish or find their supporting players who then supply the striker.
This continues until the ball goes outside the yellow side or the keeper saves.
If the keeper saves the ball a new ball is fed in and the keeper either puts the ball in the goal or gives it back to the feeder.
