* Two blues play the ball between each other before passing to one of the attackers
* Attackers need to turn, attack and attempt to score
* If defenders or goalkeeper win the ball, they can play out into the opposing half to their red teammates, then return the ball to blues
* Swap attacking blues from front to back after 5 attempts
* Swap blues for reds after 10 attempts

* Observe the game, and look for coaching points:
- Pressure the first touch
- Good defensive position
- Position on the pitch, denying space for a pass, reduce options
- Be between the ball and the goal
- Squeeze as a defensive unit
- Communication

Technique (15 mins)
* Two teams of 4 players plus a goalkeeper
* Three footballs positioned at different places on the pitch. Each ball is given a number - 1,2,3
* Goalkeeper calls out a number and the defenders must react to get into defensive positions against that ball.
* Once in a good position the goalkeeper then calls out a different number, and the defenders must react again.
* 5 calls per pair then swap with outside players
