Dive bombers (15 mins)

Objective - heading and diving headers

Player (s) must head the ball past the end line (goal line) of the opponent

1v1 - run up towards the line and throw the ball and head it past the end line. opponent can save and run fast to get oponnent out of position

2v2 - same rules but now the players pass the ball back and forth in their hands until one heads to score. This game will go back and forth and also a good physical activity
