Playing out of the back. The basic way to move the ball wide & forward from the back , concentrating on width Each player should follow their pass to the next cone. Pass to the keeper who in turn will pass to the next grid and same .PROGRESSIONS:
Work on different types of passing combinations so players can learn multiple ways of playing from the back, then bring in defenders for opposed challenges
Player Tasks :
The players should be focusing on a good touch and a perfect pass. Facing forward to receive the ball . Players should pay attention to their body shape and technique.
