  • Player dribbles back,  back 5 push up again
  • Players dribbles forward and plays long ball.  Dedender heads the ball the others cover him

  • White players pass the ball between them. At One point one of the player runs towards the defenders 
  • Defenders drop and striker runs behind
  • When in dangerous zone one player in that zone blocks the player on the ball while keeping marking the striker
