Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
OBJECTIVE: Players to scan, receive, turn and pass to teammate.
Players into pairs, one in position B and one in position C
Coach/Third player passes from position A.
Player B must scan over their shoulders
Player B then receives a pass from coach
Player B turns/takes ball to one side of the pole (players own choice) and plays a pass DIAGONALLY through to the other side of the opposite pole to Player C
Player B and C rotate positions.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Player B must take the pass and turn in one motion (they must scan first).
Second coach/third player can act as defender behind Player B.
Player B must scan to check defender's position/proximity & Player C must talk to Player B

Players into pairs.
Player A receives ball and drives towards poles/opening of channel.
Player B starts running once PLAYER A gets to poles.
Whilst moving, Player A plays a ball through the channel.
Player B receives the ball and shoots.
Rotate the players so they both get a chance to play the through ball.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Progression: Add a defender running with Player B to try and block the pass/tackle Player B whether receive the ball.
Regression: Player A starts at the poles and plays the ball from a static position.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Objective: Player A to play a perfect through pass that arrives just ahead of Player B to then score.
