Organization:
Three 20x10 area.
three group of 4 players with a ball each.
Instructions:
Players must dribble to goal and execute a move while player on the opposite side do the same.
Coaching Points:
Dribbling - Roll
Take the ball inside the opponents tackling radius
Drag the ball across the body with sole of the foot
Take the ball past the defender with inside of the opposite foot
Dribbling-Feint
Lean to one side dropping your shoulder
Plant the same side foot to the side of the ball
Take the ball away with the outside of the opposite foot
Dribbling - Inside – Outside 1
Move the ball inside using the inside of the foot
Plants the opposite foot as normal
Take the ball away in the opposite direction using the outside of the foot
Dribbling - Scissors
Move the foot around the front of the ball finishing on the outside of the ball
Drop the shoulder as the foot plants
Take the ball away using the outside of the opposite foot

Organization:
3 areas of 20x10 set up as shown
5 yard scoring zone
three teams of 4 – 1 passer, 1 attacker, 1 defender and 1 rest.
Roatation: Defender becomes Passer/ Passer becomes Rest player/ Rest player becomes Attacker/Attacker becomes defender.
3 Pugg goals
Instructions:
Player 1 passes to player 2.
Player 2 dribbles and tries to beat player 3 and score in the goal.
Player 3 aim is to defend the goal.
Coaching Points:
Good positive first touch
Controlled approach
Observe defenders position
Attackers defenders front foot
Execution of move
Take touch back across the defender
Progressions:
Put players into three teams of four and one team defending for 90 seconds with one player in each zone defending.
The other three players chose a zone to attack in and go one at a time and play 1 v 1. Soon as the ball is 'dead' next attacking player goes.

Organization:
10 Field Players, 2 GK's.
Three areas 20x44, 10x44, and 20x44 within a single half of the field, a goal on each side.
Instructions:
Create a 3 vs 2 in the attacking third of the opposing team by dribbling into the designated area. Wide players can be used from GK or defensive third.
Players are playing 1 vs 1 inside the middle third, looking to penetrate by dribbling to create a 3 vs 2. Defender can not track back, only forward into the opposing third.
Coaching Points:
Keep the ball within strides,.
Try to take a touch every step or every other step, Head must stay up.
Dribbling at space with speed.
Dribble to beat the opponent with moves when necessary.
Progressions:
Tighten the width from 44 to 30.
add trailing pressure to encourage speed of play.
Allow wide players to a penetrating player.

Organization:
- Two 25 x 25 yard area set up as shown
- 8 - 12 players
- 1 ball per pair of players
Instructions:
- Players work in pairs and pass the ball using two touch between them
- On the coaches command the player with their back to the area turns with the ball and dribbles through the cones in the center of the area
- After dribbling through the cones the player finds a new player to pass with and they rotate positions so that the dribbling now faces the area
Coaching Points:
- Using both feet to dribble
-Use multiple surfaces on the foot to dribble and keep control of the ball
-Close control
-Head up every few touches
Progressions:
Race - Turn, dribble through the cones and dribble to a free person on the outside and start passing again.
Coach be specific with which surface to dribble with
