Dribbling technique
Set up: Multiple Lines with no more than 4 players per line.
Procedure: Have players begin by dribbling through cones and stop at the other side. Players can use any foot and any part of the foot to begin with. Once players are comfortable give different restrictions i.e only right foot, only left foot, dribble completely around each cone.
Coaching points: Small touches, controlled dribbling not sprinting through.
Progression: Have lines race againts each other. Give restrictions i.e if you hit a cone you must go back to the beginning.

BCA/1V1
Set up: Two lines with 4 poles in zig-zag formation. Coach in between lines with balls.
Procedure: Players weave through poles and coach plays ball into the middle. Players will challenge each other 1v1 in the middle and look to score.
Coaching Points: If you win the ball attack with pace and go towards goal. If you dont win the ball focus on getting back and in front of attacking players.
Progression: Keep track of goals for each team. First team to 5 goals wins.

Organization :4v4 or 5v5 depending on numbers.
Procedure: Small sided game focusing on finishing techniques
Coaching points: Finding space/creating space to shoot within the game.

Station 1 (25 mins)
Organization: Set up a 40x30 yard box with two nets. Two goalkeeprs and 2 lines beside both nets. Divide players evenly. Set up for poles or Tall cones 10 yards from each line
Procedure: When coach says go, players will sprint around pole/Tall cone and look to win the ball in the middle. It will be 2v2 in the middle and players are looking to score on goal. If the defending team wins the ball they can look to score.
Coaching points: Can we pass? Work together to score.
