8-20 players 1v1 or 2v2
How to play: Blue (First) v Red (Second) Players paired inside player will dribble to middle of the pitch outside player will follow ball carrier will look to hold off and protect ball from following player for 3-6 secs player will then look to manipulate ball with a skill or turn and dribble back to original starting point same rotations for teams as Phase 1
can be adapted for 2v2 players being put into groups of 4 with same principle but once player has turned must find a pass to team who can then dribble back to original start point
P1: Up ball protection time
P2: time limt to get back to Orignal start postion
Coaching: Can we Protect the ball with body and strengh body postion to protect ball whilst moving can we manipulate the ball use skills or turns to return to start point can we move quick and into space to move away from opponent on return 2V2 can we move into space to receive pass can we find teammate with first time pass can we help create space for teammate how can we help teammate protect ball cna we protect ball from 2 opponents at once

8- 20 players How to play: Red v Blue Players split into pairs 1 red 1 blue one ball per pair ball placed on top cone inside player will look to defend ball for 6-10 secs with body whilst outside player attempts to knock ball off the cone Red Team(first) after each round Blue stay on ther cones will rotate around all cones clockwise until back at original start postion Blue team (second) will Rotate anti-clockwise until back to original starting position when defending cones Red team stay
Coaching points : Can we protect ball with our body be strong push back hold player off anticipate player movement when attacking ball on the cone quick movement to protect the ball can we protect for the time limit
