Cordination without the ball:
1st Drill: laterall run between small cones & run forward between big cones, run back & give a high five to teammate.
2nd Drill: Run to the left small cone and change direction of running to the right and redo, run
forward to big cones , run back & give a high five to teammate.
3rd Drill: Speed run to left or right small cone and accelerate forward to red small cone, run back & give a high five to teammate.
4th Drill: Do an Eight movement between first two cones then run forward between the small cones to the big cone, run back & give a high five to teammate.
Cordination without the ball (passing):
1st Drill:
use inside & outside of the foot to dribble between small cones & Dribble forward between big cones, turn with inside or outside of the foot & pass the ball to teammate.
2nd Drill:
use inside & outside of the foot dribbleto the left small cone and change direction of dribbling to the right and redo again, Dribble forward to big cones , turn with inside or outside of the foot & pass the ball to teammate.
3rd Drill:
Speed Dribbling to left or right small cone and accelerate forward with the ball to red small cone, turn with inside or outside of the foot & pass the ball to teammate.
4th Drill:
Do an Eight movement with the ball using inside or outside or both to dirbble between first two cones then run forward with th ball between the small cones forward to the big cones, turn with inside or outside of the foot & pass the ball to teammate.
