Technical Warm Up - Cogi Pattern (10 mins)
Set-up: All cones 10 yards from center cone. Players split up evenly and positioned on right side of cones.
Action: At the coach's signal, all four first players run to the center cone. Just past the center cone, make a hard cut to the left and jog to the back of that line.
Important: It's all about timing. Players need to watch each other to arive at the same time. Otherwise collisions will occur.
Progression: 1 ball at the head of each line. Player dribbles to the center, hard cut to the left and firm pass to the line.
