2V1 With Quick shot opportunity (15 mins)
2v2 -equal players on either side, pinnies, two nets, cones,balls
grid is 20 x 10yds
Coach player to either side and players with balls attack and players without balls defend.
One of the players on the defending team must stay in net. If the defending team wins the ball one of the attacking team must now go in net and the defending teams goalie can come out.
Defending team once they win the ball can they play back to there goalie to get the 2v1.
Grid is small so that players have opportunikty to make a pass or beat a man and have a shot.
Key Factors of passing and receiving and shooting
Can player without the ball in the attacking team provide a good support angle
Can the players with the ball try a give and go.
