Working in groups of 2, repeat until players grasp it, have better accuracy and passing
Passing on the ground, volley inside of the foot, half volley
Player A will start at a in between the top cones
Player B will start with the ball
Player A will call for the ball, Player B will pass him the ball he will trap it and pass it back inside part of the foot
as soon as he passes it back he moves quick into the closest gate and Player B will play him back one touch while Player A plays back one touch, then moves into all the other spaces playing one touch.
When he moves to the left, players will use left foot and vice-versa.
We're looking for quick passing, reaction, firm passing and accurate passes

Very basic warm up but a lot of players still struggle making a 5,10,15 yard straight passes
In between every 4 sets have players do a bit of conditioning (suicides, sprints)
The basics and little stuff are what count the most
Make sure players lock ankle when they strike the ball, follow through correctly and planting foot is supporting
Players are always on their toes ready to receive the ball
5-10-15 passing 5 yards away passing (1 minute x 4 times) EX: 2 minutes 1 touch and 2 minutes 2 touch = 4 minutes2 touch then proceed to 1 touch
10 yards away passing (1 minute x 4 times)
2 touch then proceed to 1 touch
15 yards away passing (1 minute x 4 times)
2 touches then 1 touch
