Time: 30 Minutes
Organisation:
-2/3 of half pitch and into two halfs.
-Split players into 3 even teams.
-Each team must have a designated forward who stays in their attacking half always.
Exercise:
-Ball is served into play.
-Team in possession aims to get ball into attacking areas and get shot off as qquickly as possible.
-They can use their team mates and common players on the outside to get into scoring areas and score.
-Players must use overload in attacking halfs to get shot off and score.
-Play 5 minute periods and switch teams.
Progression:
-Second round of games add a time limit to get shot off once in attacking half.

Organisation:
-Each pitch has twpo even teams.
Exercise:
-Two 10 periods switch teams after each.

Exercise 1: Ball Retention in Groups (30 mins)
Tme: 30 Minutes
Organisation:
-15x10 grid
-3 even teams of 3 or 4.
Exercise:
-Red team start with the ball.
-Red team must keep possession of the ball by using their team mates and the common players on the inside and out.
-If blue team win the ball then they aim to perform the same role.
-Target scoring succesion of passes. 3,5,7,10.
-Play 5 minute periods then switch teams roles.
-All face each other once.
Progression:
-Add 4 goals into the corners and perform same exercise but this time score through the goals.
