Organisation (brief description of session):

playing through game. Blue v Green in middle 4 v 4. two players on each side. blues play up and down, greens from side to side. object of the game is to hit the end man and play off him using one touch.

Passing underr pressure reciving

movement to create space, angles and distances. timings of runs.

Physical:

speed endurance. short sharp runs.

communication, concentration, group work. (personality will influence the above and self control)
