Players are split between 2 boxes and each player is given a number by the coach.

Players pass and move inside the box.

4v2 Possesion

Players continue to pass in free play.

The coach shouts 2 numbers out. Them 2 players run in to the opposite box to defend.

This will make it a 4v2 in each box

The coach has extra ball ready incase the exercise breaksdown early.

Players keep the score of how many passes passes (4 Passes = 1 Goal)

On the coaches command the players will return to their own box and continue free play passing with their group.
