Description / 説明 :

• Two players are passing the ball to each other, and when the coach whistles they will play 1v1 situation trying to score at the opponent mini goal.
• 2人組でパス、コーチのホイッスルと同時に1対1、反対側のゴールを目指す

Organization / オーガナイズ :

• 4 players divided in 2 teams.
• 4人2チーム

• First parts of the training they will play individually but last variant is by pairs
• 最初は個人戦、バリエーションでペア対戦

Sets / セット :

• 3 sets of 4 minutes
• 3セットx4分

Variant:バリエーション：

• After shooting take another ball and play again 1v1
• シュート後に残りのボールで1対1

• First pair finishing helps the other teammate, playing 2v2
• 最初に終わったペアが残りのペアに加わり2対2
