Type: Ball Mastery

Objectives: Using different surfaces of your foot. 

Equitment: 10-12 cones. 1 cone as a starting spot for players, then 4-5 cones for them to dribble through. 

Instructions: 

Dribbling through cones there and back. 

Progressions: 
Have everyone go through it once, then make it a race. 



1. Whatever surface of only right. 

2. Whatever Surface of only left 

3. Only using inside and outside of both feet 

4. Inside of foot to control ball then rolling the ball through the cones with sole of the foot. (stop roll)
