Organization:
Two groups of players the white are defender with one ball each and blues attackers with two gates at the end of each side.
Instructions:
1v1 with passive defending, the defender passes the ball and follow to pressure, the attacker makes first touche dribbles toward defender trying to pass him and dribble out thru one gate then switch sides.
Coaching Points:
- Positive first touch to keep control of the ball.
- Dribble toward the defender and slow down as you get closer.
- observe the body position of the defender.
- Distance to the defender about 1,5 yard.
- Change speed and direction.
- Cut into space behind defender when beaten -close the door.

Instructions:
The same organization as previous activity but now it is with real defending if the defender wins the ball the rolls are reversed.
Coaching Points:
- Positive first touch to keep control of the ball.
- Dribble toward the defender and slow down as you get closer.
- observe the body position of the defender.
- Distance to the defender about 1,5 yard.
- Change speed and direction.
- Cut into space behind defender when beaten -close the door.
- Be creative try different moves each time.

Organization:
4 zones with one defender each and one counter goal at the end of each two zones.
Instructions:
th attacker dribbles with ball in the first zone trying to beat the defender and move to the next zone to beat the 2nd defender and shoot then move to the back of the next group, all defenders must start from the back line or next to the counter goal.
Coaching Points:
- Positive first touch to keep control of the ball.
- Commit the defender.
- observe the body position of the defender.
- Distance to the defender about 1,5 yard.
- Change speed and direction.
- Cut into space behind defender when beaten -close the door.
- Be creative try different moves each time.
