Basic 2 touch passing
Coach is in Black and the player is in Red.
Older/more advanced players can do this using the laces

Passing Circuit
Dribble to mannequin, lay ball off to coach (black) and make run around the defender. Pass into mini-goal upon completion of the 1-2. Repeat x5 on each foot. Keep score of how many 'goals' are made.

Shooting Practice A
Player and coach making passes to each other until coach calls. Then, coach will set either left or right and the player must finish first time across goal in the corner area.

Shooting Practice B
Same as practice A but instead it is diagonal. Ball gets set in a central area, then the player must finish in the corners. Repeat and then swap sides to complete it with the left foot.

Best of 3 sets - Player must turn all the cones the 'right way' up and make sure that they have at least 6 of the 11 that way. The coach must do the opposite and try to get all the cones the other way round. Each round or set is 30 seconds long.
