Method:
Players split into two teams.
Coach starts drill by playing ball into attacking team. (GREEN).
Defending team (PINK) try stop other team scoring by winning ball, and then can become the attacking team.
First to PASS/DRIBBLE thru all shaded areas wins.
Coaching Points:
Defenders to organise themselves in the correct (DANGER) areas,
Defenders to team up appropriately to stop oncoming attacks.
Can change numbers so there are less defenders than attackers.
Can increase size of playing area to increase difficulty for defenders.

Free kicks direct from A.
In direct from B.
Players to attack and defend from 18 yard line.
Coaching Points:
Keep line tight both teams as we are using offsides.
Can switch mannequins over to make use of C and D.

Across the pitch running open too 75 percent (Stride).
Bounding on way back every 6 Steps.
