A plays to B who opens up and plays to C. C drives at A and beats them with a scissor.

- Quality of first touch/passing

Instructions:
Player A takes a touch to either side to begin the activity then plays to B. B opens up and finds C. On C's first touch A becomes a passive defender and applies pressure to C. C beats A by combining with B using a give and go
Rotation: A to B, B to C, C to A.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of check
- Communication
- Quality of pass
- Drive at defender's front foot
- Keep ball close, touch on every step
- Play late as possible with outside foot
- Direction and weight of return pass
- Quick movement to receive the ball back again
Progressions:
- Attacker can choose to scissor instead of give and go
- Defender (A) is now live and trys to win the ball. Play 2v1 game to endlines. Keep score.

Split into 3 teams. Will even up depending with numbers. No goals. Just points if we can switch from one side to the other.

f we can't posess, then we utilize wall players. Looking for right moments when we can recieve and play forwrd. Either to longest wall player, or two on the outside. Points again based on switching.
Coaching Points:
Keep posession, and knowing when to play and be able to perform under pressure. Also making it semi competitive. Will stop and identify when I have too, but really want to let it flow to gauge if session has been complex, or they have picked up theme relatively ok.

1) Jog x2

4) Quads x2
Will add in ball to perform ball mastery.
1) Insides
2) Outside
3) Inside/Outside
4) Roll/Touch
Will then add in fast feet elements to increase tempo.
1) 3 Quarter Pace
2) 1 Sprint
