Organization:
32x 24 yd area. Middle zone is 8x24Set up as shown. 3 teams of 4. Lots of balls
Instructions:
Red and Yellow team play together against blue team. Blue team sends 2 defenders to try and steal. The Red team must pass the ball 7 times for a point or get the ball through to the Yellow team for a point.
If the defending team get possession of the ball they pass it to the team who did not give it away and change places with thet team that gave them the ball.
Coaching Points:
(1). Controlled first touch.
(2) Quality of pass.
(3). Communication.
(4). Head up to observe defense and offensive options.
(5). Movement off the ball.
Progressions:
(1). Defenders send 2 into attacking zone. Try to possess the ball and keep away from defenders. Send across middle zone when opportunity presents.
(2). 6 passes is a point. OR Successful pass through middle to other team is a point.

Organization: 30x30 area. Even teams. 2 moving target players from each team on outside perimeter.
Instructions: Possession inside of the space. Use only your color target players to keep possession. Target players stay on outside. 7 passes = 1 point
Coaching Points:

Progressions: (1.) 7 passes = 1 point. First team to 3 points wins. (2). Switching outside players- when you pass to target player, you become the target player and they join the middle.

Warm up- 1 v. 1 + 1 (10 mins)
Organization: 12x24 yd channels side by side. Organized as shown.
Instructions: A passes to B. B tries to dribble ball across opposing end line with control for a point. Coaches standing on outside of channel to be used for passing combinations. 1 v. 1 in the channel until point or ball out of play. Players switch lines.
Coaching Points:
1. Positive first touch.
2. Speed of defender. Fast or slow?
3. Option to dribble or combine based on defender's positioning.
4. Space in behind to combine?
Progressions:
1. Play 1 v. 1 in the middle with nautral targets on outside as a +1 option.
2. Change teams around in each channel for new competition.
