Rules / Objectives:
Bi-Directional Possessional Game - 5+GK v 3 in each half
Ball starts with the Green GK who throws the ball to a Red Player. Red Players must break the Blue Line of Players by Combining and Running the Ball into an unopposed middle zone Dribble or Drive through the Mannequins in order to play a Wall Pass with a Red Player in the other half who sets the ball back so that the ball can be played into the opposite Yellow GK etc etc.
The ball must be Run into the Middle Zone by any of the 5 Red Players.
GK's can be used to maintain possession by the Red Team and they can't be closed down
If Blues win Possession, the Ball then starts from the other keeper
Red Team scores a goal by successfully breaking the lines and playing into the opposite keeper, has explained earlier.
Rotate the Blue Players every 2-3 mins depending on the intensity and quality of the play.

1. Create Space
2. Body Shape and Awareness when Receiving - Positve 1st Touch, Drive forward and away from the Pressure with the 2nd Touch
3. Angles of Support
4. Weight of Pass and Correct Side
5. End product - Break Lines, Advance the ball

Rules / Objectives:
Give n Go Zones
Shaded areas are for the team in possession that can go into that space only for a give n go, defenders cannot challenge in that area.
Coaching Points:
1. Create Space
2. Weight of Pass and Played on the correct side
3. Body Shape of Players Receiving the Ball - Reverse Movement & Shouder Checks
4. Positive 1st Touch
5. Exploit the Space in Front i.e. Can Centre Backs and Full backs Drive into Midfield to Create an Overload
6. Midfield Rotation - to dis-organise opposition
7. End Product - Advance the ball

Technique Practice - Combining & Running with the Ball (15 mins)
Rules / Objectives:
Players No's 1&2 Start at the same time.
No. 1 Dribbles throught the cones at pace, plays a give and go with Player 5 (who pulls off the Mannequin to receive on the back foot) and passes to Player 6 etc etc
At the same time, No 2 has played a Wall Pass (safe side) with Player 3 (who drops off on the angle). Player 2 drives forward and plays another Wall Pass (safe side) with Player 4 (who drops off on the angle) to lay off for Player 2 who continues to drive and dribble through 2 cones before passing to Player 7.
Rotate the "Wall Pass Players" freqently
Coaching Points:
1. Players try to work as quickly as possible
2. Different Techniques allowed through the cones - inside/outside foot, step overs, etc etc
3. Weight of Pass and Correct Side
4. Body Shape of Receiving Players - Must Shoulder Check and Pull off on Angles
Progressions:
1. Work around the Opposite way to utilise both sides of the body.
2. Dribbling Players don't have to use all of the "Wall Pass Players", they can now use them as a decoy
and fake to pass in order to carry on Driving forward through the cones
