4 Players line up at the top of the 18 and make crossing runs as shown in the diagram. 1st post player checks out to clear space. A player lingers on the back post for a over hit ball. One player is on the GK to obstruct her view.

2 TOWERS

2 or "Towers". Players line up on the goal line and make their runs as shown in the diagram. Player on back post sprints into the penalty spot for rebound or poorly hit ball. Ball is floated or driven into the towers lined up inside the 6 yd box.

Player at top of the box makes early run to the 1st post to clear the space. Player on 1st post sets pick to keep defender away with body positioning. Player on GK disturbs Gk's view. Player in line with 1st post peals to back post and tries to set pick of player tracking our back post player to free her up. Ball is served with pace on the ground/or in the air to on running player who is coming from the back post.

5 Players line up in a T along the edge of the 18yd box. One player on near post makes a decoy run for a short pass.

3 players in the middle take off slightly first for their runs to clear space. Players on ends of the T delay their runs by 2 seconds and sprint into their runs leaving player open for shot on goal with Right foot.

Pass should be driven on the ground for a possible 1 touch shot, 2 touch max.

4 Players line up in between the 6 and 18 along the side of the box. Kicker holds hand up for signal and gives players time to peel their runs into the box. 2nd player in line checks to ball for short option if they want.

2 players in the box cross their runs from first post to back post.

1 player the LB stays in position and is aware for any transition moment to press and not let them out if corner fails.

Service into the box should be floated and curved. If a driven pass along the ground is on that could be a better option.

First player on post checks and peels into space, ball is played on the ground into 2nd player checking who lays it off for the player who first checked and peeled. Ball is floated into first post with 3 players making runs into the box.
