Instructions:
A leap frogs B and sets for save from Coach then
returns to the starting position backwards
Service: scoop x 2, left ground x 2, right ground x 2, left mid x 2, right mid x 2 (10 saves)
Progression:
A goes through the legs of B
Coaching points:
Set posistion is proper each time with firm feet, hands ready,
Dive is forward and leading with hand / leg
Hands are in the correct position for catching ball
GK is watching the ball
Aim to have the GK looking at ball from their landing / standing and ready

Instructions:
GK1 takes a save from C, then moves backwards. GK2 has to avoid him and move to the front
Service: 2 x scoop, 2 x mid left, 2 x mid right
Progression:
2 hurdles to deal with when moving forward
Coaching points:
GK2 has to avoid GK1 and set properly to make save at cone
Proper set position
moving forward on dive, leading with forward leg & hand
