3v2 to 2v1
-play starts with pass from 2 defenders (blue) out to the 2 attackers (red)
-the third attacker joins in as a striker (must stay onside)
-the 3 red players combine to try and score. If goal is scored, reset (defense does not get opportunity to counter)
-if ball goes out or GK saves shot, the last attacker to touch ball now becomes a defender against the 2 previous defenders (who have now become attackers). Ball comes from someone in the blue line
-those 2 combine until shot or out of bounds or opponent wins ball, then reset
-players return back to original lines
-play for 3 minutes then swap roles (keepers stay with their team)

-anticipation and recognition of change in play
-determination and hard work (increase fitness)

-Players are put into 3 teams in order to play a 3-team rotation
-the team that is off splits themselves up amongst the 4 corners of the field with balls
-the two teams play a regular game for 3 minutes
-if attacking team scores a goal, both teams transition to that net to defend/attack a cross (comes from team that is off)
-all players except one from each team MUST get into the "crossing zone" (behind red line) within 3 second countdown from coach
-After that play occurs, no matter what happens, play restarts from the opposite keeper's goal
-corner players alternate crosses (must communicate where it is coming from)

Fitness and agility work for the players

-Players perform variety of movements as advised by coach through cones. (2 feet in, 1 foot in, slalom, single foot hops, sideways 2 feet in, sideways up and back)
-Jump over final hurdle then be prepared to receieve pass from teammate.
-Teammate chooses one side of pole to be on. After they pass into the player working, they must switch to other side of cone to receive pass (Player working must recognize this and take touch accordingly)
-Working player becomes the "top" player, top player goes into the back of the line
-Players perform each movement in the cones twice through
