Movement Pattern
Keeper throws out to the blue on the far mannequin, red rounds around the defender and gets the ball. Red then drives around towards the following defending player, blue 1 then becomes the recovering defender.
Red with the ball then looks to commit the second defender and allow for the movement of the red 9 to create a space between the defender to exploit or have the blue to sit and allow the red 8 to take an early shot.

Red drives with the ball towards the mannequin and upon reaching the red the blue then makes a movement out and away from the mannequin in order to show the red which direction to play.
Focus on the defenders body position and being aggressive to the ball. Look at reds ability to shift the ball one direction and get a shot across the keeper away.
Mix around the starting position of the attacking player in order to focus on the angle of approach from the defender.
