1v1+2
Act 1 Organization (1v1+2): Two (2) 20x10 yard spaces. Attacker tries to past defenders line with control (toe-tap). Attacker can use either bumper (green). Alternate starting lines (A>B, B>A, A>B, etc.). If Defender gets ball, she can try to go to score also. If defenders won't commit, make 1v1 2 points and GnG 1 point.
Coaching Points: 1st Attacker: Immediately commit defender - dribble right at her. Pass TO FEET before they get to close. Accelerate to space behind them. Be creative, fake the GnG. If defender stays close to her line, engage in a 1v1, don't use a GnG unless necessary (it won't work well). Wall Passers: Stay even with the DEFENDER.
Act 1A Organization (1v1+1): Coach plays ball in. Whoever wins ball first can try to cross opponents line with control (Toe Tap) or play another teammate in and create a 2v1.
Coaching Points: Be Brave. Establish possession with Body Position. Immediately get ball to safely. Move to space to get ball back. Receiver: Immediately Attack space to force defender to commit, GnG or 1v1.
