Description:
The red team is the focus of this activity. The red team must get out and score on either the two side goals or a direct (on the ground) to the bumper. Bumper is allowed to move side to side.
Immediately after the red score the blue team will receive the ball to counter the red team.

Description:
Coach will start with the ball. One of the CM's will check in to receive and start the play. In zone 1 the red team will face a 3v2 and they will be able to use the LB/RB for neutral passes. As soon as the team connect 3 passes they are clear in goal.
Instructions to follow:
Wingers if the ball is on the RIGHT side then the left winger needs to come inside Zone 6. If the ball is being switched to the LEFT side then the winger needs to receive the ball in zone 4
