Line Drill

To devolop quickness of feet. Single leg - Two feet - Two feet with turn.

3 sets of 5 on each. 30 secs rest in between.

Weaving & cutting

Jog through - sprint through - race

Mirror Drill

Beat player to cone. 30 secs on 30 secs off. Rotate roles.

Progress onto 4 cones - Players work in groups of 4s all facing same direction in diamond formation. When lead person turns then head of diamond becomes leader of the diamond. Players can move in any direction 2 paces
