Area 60 yards wide and 40 yards deep.
Rules and Conditions
Drive ball into next person and follow pass. Focus on left footers striking across body first time.
Time
15 mins
Progression
Play in the reverse direction. Focus on Right footers striking across body first time.
Coaching Points
First touch to set (where needed).
Plant foot.
Body position to strike first time.
Toes under ball.
Bone in foot to punch ball.
Follow through.

Rules and Conditions
Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Use resistance bands for strength development and Post Activation Potentiation.
