Screen 2 (10 mins)
- Example of Transition
- P2 shoots & now the defending team become the attacking team in transition with a 3 v 2
- Constraints - If the team attacking play the ball backwards, the player receiving has to play 1 touch
(They can only play backwards once)
- **Looking for pass & move forward situations in transition**

Screen 3 (10 mins)
- Transition Game working on both sides of the game
- Attacking group are looking to utilize the numbers up on the counter to score a goal.
- In Transition they are looking to Regroup(narrow) & defend numbers down.
- Start of Play
- P1 starts the play by playing a ball into the Striker who sets the ball for P1 to the switch out to the Weak-side forward.
- P2 then receives the ball & drives in a 2v1(+1 recovery defender)
- Defender has to start in the closest half of the field
- Recovering defender joins in after the cross field pass or dribble has bypassed him.
- Once the first action has finished with either a shot or save - then there is an immediate reaction
from the outside player to start a 4 vs 3 in transition.

- Attacking group are looking to utilize the numbers up on the counter to score a goal.
- In Transition they are looking to Regroup(narrow) & defend numbers down.
- Start of Play
- P1 starts the play by playing a ball into the Striker who sets the ball for P1 to the switch out to the Weak-side forward.
- P2 then receives the ball & drives in a 3v2
- Defender has to start in the closest half of the field

- Once the first action has finished with either a shot or save - then there is an immediate reaction from the defending
team who has a player on the end line. He looks to play a sharp pass to the outside player to start a 4 vs 3 in transition.
